Thanks to our partner GAM, we are able to supply all types of thread rolling dies (flat and segmented thread rolling dies, thread rolls, cylindrical thread rolls and chasers). Since Anceschi has many years of experience and a well-equipped range of machinery, virtually all types of threading can be produced, such as metric, UNF, UNC, Ogival, metal and wooden threads as well as nail profiles. The tooling is manufactured from the materials D2, M2, M35, and M42 or according to customers’ specifications. In cooperation with a steel mill, the technical department has also developed a material of its own. This material is known as S3 special steel. Combined with the Nero 5 nitriding process modified by GAM, it offers a cost-efficient solution for long service life.
